My name is Gail Dorsey, Founder and CEO of Chantel Marie & Associates. The firm is named in memory of my first born daughter, Chantel, who passed away in a car accident the first week of her senior year in high school. After this devastating loss, my marriage ended in an Absolute divorce within 6 weeks, everything just spiraled out of control, my finances were is disarray, over the next few years my home was foreclosed on, car repossessed, and anything that could go wrong did. The light at the end of the tunnel was my youngest son, Darrin, graduating high school and joining the military. I am a proud mom of a United States Airmen. During this time I decided to go back to school and pursue Information Technology. This decision enabled me to make the commitment and become consistent in improving my financial situation.

Our firm is located in Washington, DC and we provide services to clients throughout the United States. The firm has Notaries that are commissioned in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. Our Specialist’s hold credentials such as a Board Certified Credit Consultant, Certified Credit Score Consultant and the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act certification.

Chantel Marie & Associates (CMA) is an educational and financial firm that offers credit restoration and business formation services.

The Board Certified Credit Consultant assists in educating and finding solutions to the credit challenges and shift the focus to the goal. They assist in deleting or correcting unverifiable information from your credit report, while you have the knowledge to maximize your credit scores.

In addition, our Business Credit Specialists assist in business formation, building business credit and creating a blueprint for success.

We also educate our clients on how to create and maintain healthy credit and spending habits.
